DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE OR BROCHURE?

We do not produce a printed catalogue or brochure. Brochures and catalogues can be expensive and time consuming to produce and quickly go out-of-date. Our website shows the products we sell and we aim to keep the site as up-to-date as possible, loading new products and updating stock availability on a daily basis.

CAN I VISIT TO VIEW PRODUCTS OR COLLECT AN ORDER?

We are an online only business.   We do not have retail premises or facilities for customers to either view products or collect orders.

ARE MY CARD DETAILS SAFE IF I ORDER FROM YOU OVER THE INTERNET?

Shopping with us is very secure.  We have taken the following steps to ensure that your details stay secure:

The checkout takes you to the Worldpay secure server to process your details using SSL/128 bit encryption, the highest level of security available, you can check this by looking for the padlock symbol when you reach the page where your card details are requested. Worldpay process your card payment directly, we are not able to see or store your card details and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Security of payment card data is crucial in the online world. The standard to protect card data is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a joint venture between Visa and Mastercard, supported by all banks. New Forest Trading Company Ltd is 100% PCI DSS compliant.

To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.


We also accept payments via PayPal. All payment details using this method are encrypted and processed directly by PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal and can checkout as a guest on Paypal.

We never see your credit or debit card number.

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS AND TIMES?

 Almost all of our gifts are dispatched via Royal Mail, however sometimes larger or bulky orders will sent by courier.
 
Standard postage Royal Mail 48 (2nd class). This service costs £2.99 per order.
Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.
 
Standard postage Royal Mail 24 (1st class). This service costs £4.99 per order.
Once we’ve dispatched, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.
 
Please remember that Royal Mail delivery times are only estimates and can take longer, especially during busy times of the year.
 
Next Day Delivery
 
We do offer a Next Day Delivery service on selected gifts for an additional charge.
 Each individual product page shows if it is possible to choose this service.
The cost for this service is charged in addition to the postage charge at the checkout and is per item.
Please allow an extra day for delivery to Northern Ireland and addresses in some parts of Scotland.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DISPATCH?

All of our items are ‘made to order’ for you, either by ourselves or by our specialist suppliers.  The production and personalisation process usually takes between 1 and 5 working days, but can take longer at busy times of the year.  Each individual product page will give a guide to the time needed to make the item for you.  Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. If you need any advice, please do email us before placing your order.
 

DO YOU SUPPLY ON A WHOLESALE BASIS?

We are retailers only and are unable to supply on a wholesale basis or give bulk discounts. We work hard to source our unique products, so please do not be offended when we are unable to divulge our source of supply.
